The Communications & Events Specialistserves as a resource within the Company’sCommunications and greater Human Resourcesfunctions to assist in the alignment of day-to-day operations, including editorial calendar planning and management, cross-functional activity coordination, coordination and support of NuAire’s engagement programs, the creation and distribution of company messaging, and support for event execution.
This position will work closely with Kewaunee’s Communications and Human Resources teamand broaderleadership groupto implement communication and engagement strategies across the NuAireorganization. They are a key contributor who will collaborate with a variety of departments in a dynamic environment to ensure objectives are organized, prioritized, and publicized.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Drafts and distributes communications, including internal newsletters, announcements, and feature content.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in communications, journalism,or business with some work experience; or an Associate’s Degreewith 2+ years relevant communications experiencerequired;or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionalrequirements include:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, communication pieces, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information for groups of managers and Associates.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent. Ability to draw and interpret basicgraphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

SALARY RANGE: $50,000-$60,000
