Role Description
This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in New York, NY. As an Account Manager, you will build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and success with NetSuite's solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, upselling additional services, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients' ongoing engagement with the platform. Responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, facilitating system usage, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior service and tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a proven ability to build and maintain client partnerships
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems, business management software, or ERP systems is highly preferred
- Proficiency in problem-solving, strategic planning, and analyzing client business needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results
- Previous experience in account management, client success, or sales roles
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- You have a minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales (or similar) and a desire to succeed.
