Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
- Participate in the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to implement interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student success.
- Manage caseload and maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide consultation on behavioral and emotional concerns.
- Support data-driven decision-making for student support plans.
Qualifications And Experience
- Licensed or certified School Psychologist.
- Experience working in elementary education settings preferred.
- Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and psychological evaluation tools.
- Ability to work effectively with children, educators, and families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work at least 30 hours per week, with a 37.5-hour schedule preferred.
Work Schedule And Environment
- Contract position for the 2025-2026 school year (CSY).
- Monday through Friday schedule, primarily on-site with one day per week remote work permitted.
- Position staffed at an elementary school serving 5th and 6th graders.
