A school psychologist is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide specialized support at an elementary school serving 5th and 6th graders. This contract role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in a collaborative and student-focused environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Conducting psychological evaluations and assessments to support student learning and development
- Collaborating with educators and staff to implement Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
- Providing guidance and counseling services to students as part of a comprehensive support strategy
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other student support team activities
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of assessments and interventions
Qualifications
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with evaluations, MTSS, and working with elementary-aged students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly, with a standard schedule of 37.5 hours Monday through Friday
- Ability to work primarily on-site with one day allowed for remote work
