This opportunity is for experienced Behavior Specialists and BCBAs to provide essential support during the Extended School Year (ESY) program serving K-12 students. Located in the Doylestown, PA area, this part-time contract role runs from June 25, 2026, through July 31, 2026. The position focuses on delivering in-person behavioral services across a variety of schools within Bucks County and surrounding districts.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support strategies for students.
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress and adjust strategies.
- Provide itinerant services across approved schools, responding to student and district needs.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and district policies.
Desired Qualifications
- BCBA certification or appropriate state licensure as a Behavior Specialist.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within school teams.
- Ability to travel to multiple school locations within the county.

Location and Schedule:
- Main office based near Levittown, PA, with services delivered at several partner schools and districts within Bucks County.
- Part-time hours Monday through Thursday, 8:45 AM to 2:45 PM (24 hours per week).
