Job Description
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com) to structure timelines and task dependencies.
- Conducted regular follow-ups with cross-functional teams to track progress against milestones and KPI’s.
- Implement status reporting mechanisms (daily stand-ups, weekly reports, dashboards) to ensure visibility.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks early, initiated corrective actions, and updated plans accordingly.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and adjust priorities as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of the project plan by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines.
- Ensure deliverables met quality standards and were completed within the set schedule.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct project closure activities, including performance reviews, lessons learned, and documentation
