Job Description
- 1.Responsible for effluent pumping to tankers on daily basis.
- 2.Responsible for coordination with vendors during the servicing of ES related works.
- 3.Responsible for coordinating with Environment Monitoring Team during their visit.
- 4.Responsible for replacement of PPE in PPE boxes at different locations in our site.
- 5.Responsible for checking water leakage of all Eye / Body wash showers at different locations in our site
- 6.Responsible for issuance of work permit, checking appropriate PPE's & filling record.
- 7.Responsible for filling log books related as per cGMP norms related to ES.
- 8.Responsible for timely submission of monthly PCB records.
- 9.Coordinate internal trainings for new joinee and existing employees including SOP related training.
- 10.Guideline updating, as and when required.
- 11.Responsible for training management activities.
- 12.Coordinate with other department coordinators for compliance of cross functional Training.
- 13.Ensure that the all employees in the department get adequate training.
- 14.Prepare Training Matrix, Master Sop Index and Format Index for the ES Department. Responsible as department training coordinator (DTC).
- 15.Responsible for review of documents like Training records, etc.
- 16.Activities other than defined in the Job responsibility are to be done as per the requirement of HOD, by following HOD’s instruction and guidance.
- 17.Responsible for monitoring of Fire Hydrant System

Service Role: Ensure the organization is fully aware of and is equipped to deal with developments impacting employment matters, such as changes in legislation, changes in the characteristics of the labor market.
