Job Summary
The Learning and Process Enablement Lead plays a critical operational role in ensuring CRL’s talent and learning processes run efficiently, consistently, and at scale. This role leads the execution engine that enables enterprise programs, including leadership development offerings, talent processes (performance, succession, engagement, careers/skills), assessment programs, learning delivery, digital roadmap and operational coordination.
This position manages a team of mid-career professionals (A2–A3) who coordinate and deliver enterprise programs, administer tools and assessments, support learning logistics, track completions, maintain reporting, and ensure communications and materials flow appropriately across GTM&D. The role partners closely with Talent Partners (strategic process owners), Talent Technology and Digital solutions leaders, Learning & Development program designers and owners and Well-being/Belonging leads to operationalize program and process strategy with speed, accuracy, and quality.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Translate talent and learning process strategy into clear, repeatable operational workflows across the enterprise.
- Lead learning delivery execution, including session setup, facilitator coordination, registration management, roster tracking, and course maintenance.
- Manage assessment program operations (e.g., 360 assessments, team diagnostics). Support CVP in creating alignment with multiple stakeholders across many levels including HR executives, business executives, TM team, HRT teams, IT teams and others
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all GTM&D processes and programs and coordinate enterprise talent processes such as performance cycles, OTR preparation, engagement administration, and career framework rollout.
- Supervise A2–A3 staff providing learning operations, talent coordination, reporting, and administrative support.
- Oversee communications, templates, calendars, and readiness materials.
- Support Talent Partners by providing operational backbone for process execution.
- Collaborate with Digital Solutions to ensure system configuration and workflows meet operational needs.
- Partner with People Analytics on dashboards, metrics, and outcome reporting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and scale operational processes.
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in L&D operations, HR program management, or talent operations.
- Experience coordinating learning and talent management programs at scale.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead mid-level professionals.
- Experience collaborating across HR functions and COEs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, Eightfold, and LMS administration preferred.
- HR or project management certifications preferred.
Compensation Data
The pay rate for this role is $139,018 - $185,357 per year. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
