Job Description
As the Global Social Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Daily monitoring and listening of conversation on corporate social media channels on X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube and across the web.
- Identifying and analyzing trends, sentiment, hot topics, and leads.
- Proactively seeking opportunities.
- Building relationships with various teams across the company.
- Enhancing our tracking, reporting, and automation processes.
- Ensuring compliance with policies, brand guidelines, and adhering to industry best practices.
This role will be key in shaping the perception of our corporate channels and Oracle online. Being comfortable in a fast-paced role, developing workflows and templates with a view to scale is critical.
Key Attributes:
- Taking a Data-Driven Approach: Always know your numbers. Understand what is working and what isn’t. Constantly fine tune and A/B test your approach.
- Building Stakeholder Relationships: Communicate proactively to stakeholders and team members; partner with your PR, marketing, and events colleagues on plans for campaigns, announcements, and events.
- Identifying Opportunities to Expand the Role of Social Community Management: Educate and inform your teammates – on the PR, events, sales, developers, and marketing teams – about how community management can be seeded into ongoing campaign activities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Expert-level writing and presentation skills.
- An analytical mind, with a keen interest in learning how systems/processes work.
- Experience working on a global or multi-national team.
- Experience in the technology industry and/or a B2B public relations role.
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and resilient to constant change.
- Knowledge of and experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch.
- Knowledge of and experience with enterprise content marketing tools such Wrike, Asana, Jira.
- Experience collecting and working with data in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power Pivot, Tableau, Grafana, etc.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,400 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
