A full-time licensed School Psychologist position is available for the upcoming school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Saint Joseph, MN. This role involves supporting students across a broad age range (K-22) by providing comprehensive psychological services tailored to their academic, social, and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 60-70 students, balancing case management duties with direct service provision.
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and families to support student success.
- Provide consultation to teachers, parents, and administrators regarding behavioral strategies and mental health concerns.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
Qualifications And Experience
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist licensure.
- Experience working within K-12 or extended grade levels up to age 22.
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, case management, and collaboration.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality services.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Includes a 30-minute duty-free lunch break.
