Role Overview (Open Level)
We are hiring across multiple levels. The final title and level (Associate, Representative, Senior, or Manager) will be determined based on experience and scope. You will drive new business by guiding customers from discovery through evaluation and contract execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with pharmacy decision-makers and stakeholders
Run the sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos/evaluations, proposals, and close
Translate workflow challenges into solution recommendations and clear business value
Coordinate pilots, site visits, and internal resources to support successful adoption
Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
Travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed
Qualifications
B2B sales or customer-facing experience (level based)
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with complex solutions and multiple stakeholders
Healthcare, pharmacy, automation, or hardware + software sales experience is a plus
Location
Remote (USA). Travel required based on territory and customer needs.
