The Sales Optimization Manager is a strategic partner to the Sales team, collaborating closely with sellers to transform complex information, data, and ideas into clear and compelling materials.This role is not responsible for selling, does not carry a quota, and does not own marketing campaigns or brand strategy. Instead, the Sales Optimization Manager consults with sellers regarding how information is structured, framed, and presented so that each output is customized and meaningful for the specific client and meeting context.
Success in this role requires deep attention to detail and the ability to compartmentalize work across many initiatives at once, as well as the ability to balance visual design, written language, and strategic judgment.
Reporting to the Manager of Sales Enablement, this role is integral to bridging Sales, Product Marketing, and other teams to ensure efficient workflows that result in compelling deliverables by aligning with Inmar’s business objectives. An understanding of Inmar’s healthcare solutions as well as a strong design intuition and advanced Google Slides proficiency are essential for success. A passion for quality execution and attention to detail are required. The ideal candidate must be adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats as needed to coordinate tasks and timelines to achieve results while consistently complying with quality and productivity standards to meet deadlines and exceed expectations by giving our clients the best possible outcome.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and must be able to work from the Winston-Salem, NC office on a regular basis.

Primary Responsibilities (Content Development & Visual Storytelling):
Create client-facing presentations, such as business reviews, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
Translate complex data and information into clear, logical, and impactful presentations.
Work within existing templates to build client-facing materials while ensuring a clear visual narrative that reinforces meaning, credibility, and professionalism rather than using design elements solely for decorative purposes.
Planning, Organization & Execution:
Manage many projects in different stages simultaneously while maintaining full awareness of their statuses, next steps, risks and deadlines.
Track inputs, feedback, revisions, approvals and final delivery with precision.
Coordinate contributors across multiple departments, and proactively follow up and keep work moving forward, even as priorities shift.
Strategic Sales Partnership:
Understand business, solutions and value propositions well enough to collaborate meaningfully with sellers.
Partner with multiple stakeholders to understand client goals, meeting objectives and deal context, working together to shape how information is structured, sequenced, and framed for each client.
Quality & Detail Management:
Maintain a quality bar that reflects the credibility of the organization and the importance of the client interaction, with critical attention to detail across language, data, formatting, visuals and logic.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in every final product, demonstrating an unusually high level of attention to detail, including the ability to detect inconsistencies or issues that can be easily overlooked.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated excellence in writing skills, with high attention to detail and emphasis on accuracy, data visualization, and insight development
Experience working in teams of various sizes, cross-functional structures, and fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Strong experience working with the following software programs: Google Suite, including: Google Drive, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
3–5 years of experience in roles involving is beneficial but not required:
presentation development or strategy
sales enablement
business or executive communications
proposal or RFP development
complex data visualization, visual storytelling, and/or insights development
