Retail Pharmacist / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends!)
Compensation: $65.00 – $95.00 per hour (Based on experience and compounding expertise)

What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional retail pharmacy services in a fast-paced environment.
- (Preferred) Oversee or assist with 503A non-sterile compounding processes.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team to optimize pharmacy workflow and patient outcomes.
- Maintain strict compliance with California State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Retail Pharmacist experience.
- License: Active, clear California Pharmacist License.
- Mindset: You must be a "team-first" professional who is collaborative and innovative.
- Location: Must be local to the area.
Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)- Compounding: Strong preference for candidates with 503A Compounding experience.
- Leadership: Previous Pharmacy Management or PIC experience is highly valued.
