The Product Solutions Manager is responsible for building long-term, strategic pipeline and driving product advocacy through the Architect and Engineering (A&E) channel. This role focuses on cultivating relationships, fostering education, and increasing product specification opportunities for Primex solutions. Acting as both a technical resource and brand ambassador, the Product Solutions Manager will represent Primex at industry events and conferences, facilitate learning opportunities, and strengthen connections with A&E firms that influence and specify synchronized time, notification, and environmental monitoring systems.
Reporting to the Channel Account Manager for Sync, this position plays a key role in expanding awareness and preference for Primex products within the Architecture and Engineering (A&E)community—aligning directly with our mission to deliver reliable, innovative solutions that connect people and systems seamlessly.
Key Job Activities

Relationship Development and Advocacy
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, and design firms to promote Primex solutions throughout project design and specification phases.
• Serve as a brand advocate and subject matter expert on Primex Sync and Notify technologies.
• Represent Primex at regional and national A&E conferences, trade shows, and industry association events.
• Develop and deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions to educate design professionals on Primex product applications and system advantages.

Pipeline and Specification Growth
• Drive long-term specification growth by increasing awareness and inclusion of Primex products in new construction and renovation projects.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Business Development to identify and influence early-stage project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project and contact data in CRM to ensure full visibility of pipeline health and specification activity.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop collateral, campaigns, and content tailored to the A&E audience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Management and Technical teams to translate A&E feedback into product insights and feature recommendations.
• Align with Sales Operations and Business Development to ensure consistent messaging, project tracking, and follow-through on specification opportunities.
• Provide field intelligence on industry trends, competitor specifications, and design community needs.

Training and Education Leadership
• Coordinate and conduct continuing education sessions (CEUs) and accredited training programs for architects and engineers.
• Partner with associations (AIA, ASHE, NSSEA, etc.) to position Primex as a trusted thought leader in synchronized technology solutions.
• Develop educational content and resources that promote system design best practices and enhance the A&E channel’s understanding of Primex products.

Operational Excellence and Reporting
• Track engagement metrics, pipeline growth, and specification wins through CRM and regular reporting.
• Prepare insights and summaries for leadership that highlight channel performance, event ROI, and market opportunities.
• Ensure all activity supports Primex brand consistency, technical accuracy, and long-term relationship health.
Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, product advocacy, or channel development (A&E or construction-related experience preferred).
• Proven success in building relationships and influencing specification within architectural or engineering environments.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills for industry events and training sessions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally to attend conferences, partner meetings, and events.
