The Opportunity: Pharmacist
Pay & Compensation:
$125,000 - $132,500.00+ Annually (Competitive pay open to negotiation based on experience)

Requirements & Experience:
Required: None – Open to new graduates! A valid, in good standing Oklahoma State Pharmacist license is required.
Preferred: Previous long-term care experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)
You will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance in a supportive setting:
Medication Preparation: Accurately prepare, fill, order entry, and package medications for final dispensing, including review of completed orders and cycle-fill medications.
Verification & Interpretation: Verify the legality and pharmaceutical feasibility of dispensing drugs, checking for patient allergies and incompatibilities. Interpret prescription orders, exercising professional judgment for patient safety and legal adherence.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations and applicable guidelines for compounding.
Communication: Answer questions from patients, doctors, and nurses, and transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies as needed.
Inventory & Cost Control: Evaluate inventory, place orders when necessary, and look up the most cost-effective product for exception items. Notify customers/facilities of out-of-stock situations.
Supervision: Oversee the work of all pharmacy technicians and provide performance feedback to their supervisor. Log all medication error occurrences.
