Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate small group sessions to address student social and emotional development
- Lead and coordinate Child Study Team meetings to support individual student needs
- Consult with teachers to address and support students social and emotional challenges
- Collaborate closely with the site principal and student services director to align counseling services with school goals
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania School Counselor Certificate is required
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, educators, and families
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
