An immediate opening is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in a K-12 school setting located in Medford, OR. This full-time, in-person contract position runs through June 4, 2026, providing services directly to children across diverse grade levels within Jackson County.
Key responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse caseload of students. The role demands collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to design and implement individualized intervention plans that support each student's educational progress and communication needs. Maintaining accurate records and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings are also essential components of the position.
Qualifications And Experience Include
- Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings with K-12 caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Ability to deliver direct, in-person therapy services during a consistent full-time schedule (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
