Key Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans for students with moderate to severe behavioral needs
- Monitor and document student progress according to established protocols
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
- Maintain compliance with school policies and professional standards
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
- Experience working with children in early elementary grades preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
