Job Description
The Product Manager, IV Solutions drives the strategy, growth, and market presence of IV Solution products, overseeing on-market portfolio management and new product launches. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, this role leads product marketing initiatives, demand planning, and competitive positioning, translating complex clinical products into clear, value-driven messaging. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of balancing tactical execution with long-term strategy while applying clinical expertise in IV Therapy and Medication Delivery to support ICU Medical’s commercial objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute clinically accurate, strategically aligned marketing programs for the IV Solutions portfolio
- Own market strategy for on-market IV Solutions products and lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Clinical, and external stakeholders to support supply continuity, demand planning, and forecasting
- Execute product marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer-facing collateral, sales enablement tools, and sales training
- Lead convention and trade show messaging, content development, and execution
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to drive differentiated positioning and competitive response strategies
- Translate market research into actionable product strategy, positioning, and messaging
- Build and apply clinical expertise in IV Therapy and Medication Delivery while leading special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- 4+ years in product marketing and product management, including supply chain/logistics experience
- Experience in IV Solutions, Medication Delivery and/or healthcare products preferred
Work Environment
- Hybrid role with primarily sedentary office work
- Routine use of standard office equipment
- Travel approximately 5–20% of the time
