Job Summary
Bureau Veritas is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the North American Growth Strategy & Corporate Development team. This role will analyze market opportunities, assist in acquisition projects, and support business leaders in executing the 2028 strategic plan. As part of our aggressive North American expansion strategy, this role will be targeting growth in key sectors including building & infrastructure, energy & renewables, and cybersecurity. The Senior Analyst will directly contribute to developing and executing organic and inorganic growth strategies for the North American market. This position is based in Houston, TX.

- Assist in the evaluation of business portfolio frameworks, strategies, financial concepts, practices, programs, processes, and measures to be applied across the business to support the execution of our long-term strategic plan.
- Engage and support the business leadership in all business units in defining and refining business strategies with a specific focus on designing and implementing new strategic approaches, ideas, and processes that will grow the business and avail measurable results.
- Assist in the planning, execution and tracking of long-term strategic plan.
- Supporting the execution of special strategic projects.
- Perform industry research to identify opportunities for growth within our existing businesses and expansion into new areas.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analysis for potential transactions and lead market research.
- Support due diligence for potential transactions.
- Support development of business cases and related presentations for review by our Executive Management team.
- Interface with Bureau Veritas North American leadership including its CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Tax and other departments of the company to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Interacting with potential acquisition targets, including supporting the development of M&A pipelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on organizational needs and priorities
Education, Certifications, And Experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in management or finance.
- At least 4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, audit/Transaction Services or related experience.
- Experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and research.
