Summary
The Quality Analyst supports quality initiatives by performing data analysis, maintaining quality documentation, preparing reports, and working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with quality standards and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and analyze data to support quality initiatives
- Create, review, and maintain quality documentation in alignment with internal quality systems
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership review
- Support training activities, including documentation, tracking, and coordination across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality expectations and process improvements
- Perform general quality assurance tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a Quality, QA, or analytical role
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
