We are seeking a Business Intelligence Solutions Lead to join the Generics Specialty Products & Programs team, contributing to the advancement of enterprise-grade analytics and AI capabilities for McKesson’s private label biosimilars portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive, self-service dashboards and analytics for McKesson’s private label biosimilars, empowering stakeholders to monitor business objectives, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Support monitoring and analysis of competitive intelligence including reimbursement levels, other biosimilar manufacturers, acute care GPOs, and provider activity
- Implement AI agents that proactively analyze workflows and transactional data to uncover untapped revenue and margin improvement opportunities—accelerating adoption, growth and profitability.
- Establish scalable AI foundation in partnership and execute on an enterprise-grade AI platform to enable advanced capabilities such as anomaly detection, inventory optimization, and service-level forecasting—laying the groundwork for long-term automation and efficiency.
- Create robust tools and reporting capabilities to strengthen FLW (Full Line Wholesale) Passport and Injectables workflow, improving operational transparency, reducing manual effort, and enabling faster, more informed actions
- Collaborate in knowledge sharing and best practices, and provide backup support for analytics team as needed
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Critical Skills
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in AI/automation solution deployment or technical enablement roles.
• Data & Analytics: Strong proficiency in data architecture and engineering, building scalable cloud-based data infrastructure, harmonized data assets, and AI-driven analytics solutions; Proficient in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization.
• AI & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic/AI workflow platforms; skilled in designing and implementing automation solutions.
• Programming & Engineering: Proficient in Python (preferred), SQL, API integration, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and OpenAI; strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
