Executes analysis of business problems to be solved with Martech systems. The ideal candidate will be curious about solving business challenges with the right people, process and technology solutions. We're looking for someone who is passionate about making the lives of people easier with smart technology solutions and has the curiosity to learn everything they can about the problem they're trying to solve and see solutions through to implementation.
This is a hybrid role 3 days onsite in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a keen understanding of the Zebra Marketing team, the people, the process the tools through stakeholder interviews, partner, customer and end user research and by digging in and getting your hands dirty
- Seek out ways to maximize investment in the Marketing Technology toolset to improve processes, productivity and make recommendations to scale tools to support the pace of the growing Marketing business
- Facilitate sessions with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements to solve complex business problems across Marketing Technologies
- Write business requirements, process maps, journey flows and any other documentation needed to fully communicate the Marketing vision and system technical requirements to make the vision a reality
- Prioritization of requirements based on keen understanding of the marketing business, needs of the stakeholders and technical level of difficulty to implement
- Shepherd the business requirements through the development process working with development teams in both Agile and Waterfall approaches
- Partner with team members and experts in Experience Design, Information Architecture, Search-Engine Optimization, Analytics, and Localization to bring Marketing Technologies to life
- Be the voice of Marketing within larger IT projects by providing input into technical requirements, system configurations, and related procedures that support business requirements
- Support IT testing events to ensure the working code delivered pays off on the business goals and needs
- Develop robust training and process flows to hand off support of the project, tool or process to a team to maintain while you dig into the next big problem to solve
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years experience
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills
- Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations
- Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate
- Presentation skills - intermediate skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite in Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY
Preferred Qualifications:
- Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
- Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area
- AEM - Adobe Experience Manager (or other CMS platforms)
- SFDC (or other CRM platforms)
- Data management systems
- IIBA certification

Salary: USD 68400.00 - USD 102600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
