Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Application & Product Architect based in Coppell, TX, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The position involves overseeing technical architecture, designing and developing enterprise-level software applications, and aligning solutions with business and technical strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the development lifecycle, analyze requirements, and ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient solutions that meet organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical expertise in software architecture, application design, and enterprise system development
- Experience with implementing regulatory reporting and compliance systems within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, technical project management, and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to create scalable and sustainable solutions that align with both business and technical strategies
- Proven problem-solving skills with knowledge of current and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with hybrid work environments and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards is a significant advantage
