We are looking for a Systems Technician that will provide first line IT support services to internal customers in both the UK and US.
You Will Be:
- Providing timely first‑line desktop, mobile device, and application support to maximise user uptime.
- Managing Call Tracker tickets and following established procedures for resolving issues.
- Building and rebuilding PC operating systems and applications within required timelines.
- Referring major hardware/software issues and defective products to vendors for repair or replacement.
- Conferring with employees, users, and management to determine requirements for new systems or system modifications.
- Managing user accounts by accurately creating, updating, and disabling accounts as required.
You Will Bring:
- Associate's degree\HND in a related discipline or 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Problem solving using logical and systematic approaches

Experience of supporting the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Office suite
- Android mobile devices
