Quality Specialist

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Reporting to the Director of Quality, and working as part of a Corporate Quality team, support, coach, and work with Cleanroom, Industrial, and Distribution Center site personnel to ensure conformance to ISO, industry, and customer requirements.
· Lead Plant Management in the training and competence of new QA Supervisors.
· Perform internal audits on Prudential sites across the country.
· Revise Corporate procedures to support continuous improvement.
· Act as lead with Labs to obtain quotes, coordinate samples, and distribute test data required by Cleanroom sites and Corporate Protocols
· As part of a team, maintain various Corporate Quality administrative functions/programs including Supplier Quality, Management Review, etc.
· This is not a work-from-home or remote position.
Requirements
· Prefer candidate possess a bachelor’s degree.
· Must have a minimum of three years Quality background in an ISO 9001 environment (or other recognized Quality standard).
· Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Must be available and able to travel approximately 50% of the time.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Must be comfortable in both virtual and in-person settings.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the Organization.
· Experience with cleanroom protocols, cleanroom garments, sterilization requirements/procedures, and/or commercial laundry is preferred, but not required.
