Description
Write and execute system-related (hardware, software, and/or assay) verification and/or characterization protocols and support data package summaries in accordance with governing procedures.
Perform basic operation of instruments and repairs at the customer-replaceable level.
Support basic troubleshooting across multiple system functions (hardware and software or hardware and assay performance issues).
Apply quantitative methods, analyze data, evaluate results, form conclusions, and provide and implement improvements.
Work well with others in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
Maintain adherence to the Quality System and implement and maintain its effectiveness.
