- Support Service Team internally, service techs that go out in the field, also help support Sales team (internal sales paperwork)
- Our team enters assign orders to service team members, including invoicing the customer (full order to cash)
- Looking for someone that has been in a support role, sales, admin support, variety of cash to order admin role
- Work in Dynamics CRM and in SAP (not a requirement), but we will go through training
- The role can be a bit overwhelming as they will need to handle several tasks, someone that can handle some pressure and multi-task. Someone that can meet tight deadlines!
- Excel experience is very helpful
- Work closely with multiple teams, cross functional communication
- Hybrid role, a few days in Glenwood, Illinois offices, Wednesday are mandatory so the entire team can be together (2 days in office)
- Shift is 8apm-4:30 or 8:30am-5pm
