Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software for medical products that advance clinical excellence. As a member of the software development team you will help take these products to the next level by optimizing cost, improving quality and increasing access.

Job Responsibilities
- Servant leader who would facilitate scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Provide technical leadership to an Agile team of 6 to 8 Software Engineers
- Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards with continuous backlog refinement
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment and technology reuse
- Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
- Track and report key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts)
- Coach, mentor and lead the team
- Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables
- Drive world-class quality in the development and support of products
- Communicate effectively both within immediate team and across the program and business leadership team
- Ensure team receives consistent messages and has clear understanding of business direction, strategy and results
- Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge
- Have familiarity with all aspects of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies
- Leveraging DFR in Agile software development methodologies to drive reliability and
- predictability throughout the product development life cycle
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- 5–7 years overall experience & 3–5 years as Scrum Master
- 4+ years C++ or C#.net in Microsoft Windows development
- 4+ years of Agile software development
- Object Oriented Design Experience
Preferred Experiences
- Regulatory knowledge, medical device experience.
- Certified Scrum Master nice to have
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Global team experience
- Experience in software development in the medical field
- Software development tool experience such as Perforce, Jira, Jenkins
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
