We are currently seeing a Clinical Pharmacist for a 4-month contract opportunity in Omaha, Nebraska, for Monday–Friday position with a light on-call rotation. The role focuses heavily on order verification, sterile compounding oversight, and clinical collaboration with home health and nursing teams.
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• On-call rotation: 1 weeknight per week
• On-call rotation: 2 weekends per quarter
Job Duties:
• Verify medication orders and compounded sterile products
• Verify medications and products released from the cleanroom
• Collaborate with home health agencies and nursing staff
• Make dosing recommendations based on patient-specific factors
• Review labs and clinical data to support safe and effective therapy
• Minimal cleanroom work, only in rare staffing situations
Requirements:
• Active and clear Nebraska Pharmacist license
• 2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience
Team/Culture:

• Strong interdisciplinary communication with nursing and home health teams
• Emphasis on patient safety, accuracy, and clinical judgment
