We are searching for an Office and Sales Assistant to join the Allwin team. This individual is responsible for administrative and sales support of the CA office.
Allwin Medical Devices is based out of Orange County, California, USA. Its founders have more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Looking at the rising cost of healthcare, our goal is to provide better cost on our devices to doctors and patients worldwide. We believe in quality at affordable prices. Allwin Medical focusses on Urology, Gastroenterology, Women’s Health (IVF) and Interventional Radiology market. The products are CE Certified and are available worldwide except the USA.
Job Responsibilities: including but not limited to:
- Document legalization and apostille.
- Track and stock Inbound DHL shipments from India.
- Manager service, pack, and ship outbound shipments.
- Coordinate Pest Control - bi-annual.
- Maintain temperature Log of medical devices.
- Run Octopus campaigns.
- Check and respond to voicemails.
- Check and respond to physical mail in office.
- Post photos on social media.
- Send Brevo email blast.
- Schedule customer meetings.
- Manage warehouse inventory.
- Manage storage and shipping.
- Night meeting with India team once or twice a week 8:30pm-9:30pm.
- Find vendors for purchase team.
- Follow up with accounts payable for urology customers.
