What You’ll Do
- Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices.
- Manage medication inventory levels and perform restocking duties.
- Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.
What We’re Looking For
Required Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
- Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT / ExCPT).
- Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
- 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.
- Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.
Work Conditions
- The PRN is an On Call position to locally support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc.
- Must be able to commute to this site: 2500 Metrohealth Dr, Cleveland, OH 44109
- Shift: M-F 7 to 3:30 pm
- Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN, Part-Timer, etc.)
- Hospital Pharmacy Environment
- Ability to travel for training.
- Pharmacy environment; 8–10-hour shifts.
- Flexible hours based on business needs.
- Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.

Base compensation: Hourly ranges for this position is in the $25/hour and up.
Actual Compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset.
