Salary range: $23.00 to $25.00 an hour. Starting wage will be dependent on experience level.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize department procedures.
2. Provide training to department personnel.
3. Communicate with customers to provide information and identification of part(s) needed.
4. Research part(s) as needed to satisfy customer’s needs.
5. Interact and provide information/ reports as requested to management.
6. Provide the necessary organizational skills needed to lead the small parts order entry department at a level NuAire customers have come to expect.
7. Ability to learn, train and adjust to computer system changes/updates.
8. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education / Experience
1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
B. Knowledge / Skills
1. Ability to speak clearly and accurately using proper phone etiquette.
2. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
3. Good communication skills (phone and in person).
4. Able to organize and coordinate department activities.
