The Partner Product & Strategy Advisor is responsible for developing and executing the commercialization strategy for Inovalon’s channel and strategic partners. This leader will translate partnership opportunities into tangible revenue and product outcomes by shaping joint product roadmaps, managing partner solution lifecycles, and ensuring successful market launches. The role bridges Inovalon’s corporate development and product management functions—focusing on how partnerships expand the value of Inovalon’s SaaS, data, and analytics portfolio within the healthcare ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of healthcare technology markets with strong product management, financial, and partnership acumen. They will build cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure partner initiatives are designed, validated, and commercialized successfully.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner Portfolio Strategy: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for channel and strategic partner offerings aligned to Inovalon’s product and growth objectives.
- Commercialization Leadership: Oversee partner-driven initiatives from concept through go-to-market, ensuring readiness across product, sales, and support functions.
- Market and Product Insight: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify partner-driven product gaps, competitive opportunities, and emerging trends in payer, provider, pharmacy, and life sciences segments.
- Product Alignment: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define joint product requirements, business cases, and value propositions for co-developed or co-marketed solutions.
- Financial Modeling & Business Planning: Build financial and market models to evaluate the ROI of partner initiatives and inform investment prioritization.
- Governance & Execution: Lead partner-related submissions through Inovalon’s portfolio governance process, ensuring business cases, charters, and readiness plans are complete and approved.
- Act as the central coordination point across Partnerships, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales, consolidating partner-driven product and development needs and ensuring they are executed through Product, Engineering, and Delivery.
- Actively track partner needs and market shifts by participating in key industry events and forums, while expanding our external presence through webinars, social channels, and thought-leadership content that strengthens Inovalon’s position in the ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare technology, product management, strategic partnerships, or corporate development.
- Proven experience bringing partner-driven SaaS or data products to market.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), payer/provider workflows, or health data interoperability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives across technical and commercial teams.
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and executive presentation skills.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to build and interpret business cases and ROI models.
- Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with executive visibility.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 25% travel for partner meetings, conferences, and cross-functional planning sessions.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range
$149,100—$165,000 USD
