What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Pricing Coordinator based out of our headquarters in Bolingbrook, Illinois! We are seeking a self-motivated and skilled professional with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment. You will work with the sales team to improve and optimize IMS’s profitability and pricing related initiatives, questions, and requests. Under general supervision, you will coordinate contracted and non-contracted pricing for IMS customers regarding both branded and non-branded products.

Knowledge of the healthcare vendor community and group purchasing organizations
Preferred Skills:Previous experience in contracting, pricing, or accounting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities
How You’ll Make an Impact:Communicate, coordinate, and monitor all pricing communications
Manage pricing projects and meet aggressive timelines
Evaluate upcoming contract expirations and proactively request eligibility on any foreseeable gaps
Oversee the implementation of agreement terms, auditing, and retaining extensive knowledge of buying group contracts and guidelines
Research and extract data from various resources to convert data into usable information
Perform complex data analysis
Interact with the vendor community and coordinate to ensure cross references between supplier, distributor, and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) are aligned
Verify customer GPO affiliation and monitor compliance
Verify customer pricing and freight terms
Maintain customer price files and perform daily account maintenance
Generate price quotes for the sales team and ensure pricing is loaded accurately
Support sales and other various internal departments
Coordinate with Customer Service to confirm customer pricing when discrepancies arise on purchase orders
Assist Billing to expedite the processing of customer invoices. This includes:
Ensuring the correct pricing is applied for every product ordered by an account
Verifying contract validity
Reviewing any issues with invoiced pricing
Processing the invoices.
Decipher the root causes of pricing discrepancies
