Job Description
- To optimize inventory by a thorough analysis of items with high inventory, open order etc.
- To reduce the non-moving inventory, by regularly chasing with API Sales, Amneal commercial team etc.
- To analyze supplier’s delivery accuracy and update the lead time/safety stock on a quarterly basis.
- To analyze on Sales forecast vs actual sales data and share the observations for better planning over and above forecast.
- To coordinate with Injectable/Ophthalmic CMOs for project execution and on-time delivery.
- To coordinate for any other cross functional projects like variation filing etc.
- To coordinate and provide monthly KPI presentation of the department.
- To make all the presentations for CEO/President.
- To track on capacity expansion projects with critical stakeholders.
- To share workload with individual team members with excessive time sensitive work.
- To maintain overall efficiency of the department by improving on processes.
- To coordinate and support on automation project with IT team/CFT.
- To harmonize on the processed within the department, by picking up the best practices.
