Regional Account Manager for our Southeastern Pennsylvania/NJ Region who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real business impact. What You’ll Do
As a Regional Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Retail Independent Community and LTC Closed- Door Pharmacy within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for growing sales, strengthening relationships, and helping customers improve profitability through our services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Driving sales growth through new customer acquisition, customer retention, and expansion of existing accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with pharmacy customers
- Conducting regular customer visits, business reviews, and strategic discussions to address operational and industry challenges
- Serving as a subject matter expert on company services and offerings, tailoring solutions to meet each customer’s needs
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Analyzing territory and customer sales trends, understanding competitive dynamics, and delivering results that meet or exceed company goals
- Managing daily communications (email, phone, text) while consistently representing the company in a positive, professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including responsible expense management
Work Environment & Travel
- This role operates from a home office, company vehicle, and customer retail pharmacy locations
- Extensive regional travel is required
- Periodic supervision and support are provided
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven, expert-level customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Confidence using phone, email, and technology tools to manage customer relationships
- A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, drive frequently, and travel extensively
- Ability to use standard office equipment and technology
- Close visual acuity and sustained mental concentration for data analysis and customer engagement
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- No direct supervisory responsibilities
