LSPedia is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming pharmaceutical supply-chain serialization and compliance. We are hiring a hands-on, high-caliber Controller to build financial rigor, scale accounting operations, and partner with leadership during our next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for a CPA who thrives in a growth environment, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and can balance precision with speed. You will own the day-to-day accounting function while modernizing systems, processes, and controls to support a scaled SaaS organization.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full accounting lifecycle, including general ledger, close, financial statements, and internal controls
- Lead and execute the Order-to-Cash process: contracts, billing, collections, deferred revenue, and revenue recognition
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for SaaS accounting, including ARR/MRR, deferred revenue, and subscription billing
- Manage and lead a lean team of accountants and bookkeepers with a player-coach mindset
- Drive system modernization, including expert use of QuickBooks Online and leading the future implementation of NetSuite
- Leverage automation and AI tools to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase close efficiency
- Partner with Rev Ops, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure financial data integrity and operational alignment
- Lead audits, tax filings, and coordination with external accountants and advisors
- Build scalable processes, documentation, and controls to support fast growth.

- Accurate, timely monthly closes and financial reporting
- Clean, scalable revenue recognition and billing processes
- Improved relationship with customers’ AP team, reduced order outstanding days and manage collections
- Successfully implemented automation to manage thousands of invoices for low touch solutions.
- A high-performing, accountable, scalable accounting team
What We’re Looking For
- CPA required; bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance(Master’s a plus)
- 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or Senior Accounting Manager roles
- Proven experience scaling a SaaS company, ideally from $10–20M ARR toward 100M+
- Deep expertise in SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606) and subscription models
- Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online; hands-on NetSuite implementation experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort working with financial models and reconciliations
- Tech-savvy mindset with interest in automation, AI, and modern accounting tools
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
- Clear communicator who can partner effectively with non-finance leaders
