Qualifications
- SLP: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state license
- SLPA: Associates or Bachelors degree and active state SLPA license
- Eligibility to work in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Pay
- Starting at $40+ per hour, based on role and experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a
Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support an
elementary school caseload in a school-based setting in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. This role focuses on helping students develop communication skills needed for academic and social success.
Position Details

- Full-time schedule available (part-time considered based on need)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring (SLP only)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Support carryover of communication strategies in the classroom
