Job Summary
The role is to provide an effortless customer experience by providing timely and accurate deliveries. Responsible for facilitating all shipments of all hardware equipment that Pharmacies need to run their day-to-day business. Scope includes inventory receipts at vendor warehouses, recurring cycle counts of existing inventory, facilitating shipments out to clients, facilitating returns to vendor warehouses or the Hardware Inventory Room in Orlando.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Processes and fulfills orders from Sales for clients, as well as inter-department orders for associate supplies
- Ensures all inventory is accounted for at all times - receipts, shipments, returns, damages, etc
- Manage relationship with vendor sales team to ensure proper distribution of inventory; maintain close communication with sales, administration, and implementation teams to ensure accuracy of shipments
- Ability to problem solve shipping issues with FedEx, UPS, and other freight carriers
- Shipping 20-30+ boxes per day using standardized shipping practices
- Generates daily reports of shipped items, manages queue of orders to be shipped
- Planning and design of our hardware inventory room
- Develops packing and shipping solutions to improve quality and efficiency
- Coordinates with other teams and vendors to fulfill duties
Qualifications
Knowledge & Requirements
- Inventory management
- Knowledge of FedEx practices
- Experience with a Pallet Jack
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience with shipping and/or warehousing required
