We are seeking a Sr. VP of Central Solutions who will be responsible for leading sales and strategic growth for our Central Fill, Mail Order, and Central Distribution technologies and services. This senior executive role drives enterprise-wide sales efforts, pipeline development, marketing messaging, and customer engagement to achieve aggressive bookings and revenue goals. The SVP will influence go-to-market (GTM) strategy, represent the voice of the customer to product teams, and serve as a thought leader in the pharmacy automation and distribution space.
This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be a fully remote position with travel expectations.

As Capsa’s SVP of Central Solutions, your contributions to the team will include:

What we ask of you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, strategy, or related functions within healthcare, pharmacy automation, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in complex B2B environments.
- Expertise in Central Fill, Mail Order, and Central Distribution solutions strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive and board-level audiences.
- Ability to travel extensively (50%+).
