Licensure Requirements: Must have open, active, and in good standing IL State Pharmacist License
Education: Pharm. D.
Experience Needed: 1+ years of previous management experience in a retail pharmacy setting
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $135,000-$160,000 DOE
Background/ Drug Requirements: Ability to successfully complete background check, health and drug screen
Pharmacy Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the 340B program operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and program guidelines
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for 340B program management
• Conduct regular audits of 340B claims and inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent diversion
• Monitor contract pharmacy relationships and ensure adherence to 340B requirements
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to maximize program savings while maintaining compliance
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff on 340B program requirements and best practices
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for potential HRSA audits
• Analyze program data and prepare reports on program performance and cost savings
• Coordinate with wholesalers, manufacturers, and third-party administrators to optimize program benefits
• Stay current on 340B regulations, guidance, and industry changes
• Resolve discrepancies and address any compliance concerns promptly
• Serve as the primary point of contact for 340B program inquiries
• Manage split-billing processes and ensure proper patient eligibility determination
