About The Role
This virtual School Psychologist position supports K12 students across Michigan through remote, school-based psychological services. The role emphasizes evaluations, eligibility determinations, and collaboration with IEP teams while operating within a structured virtual model aligned with district requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Prepare clear, compliant evaluation reports and eligibility documentation
- Participate in virtual eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and team consultations
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and related service providers
- Support data-driven decision-making and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and timelines in accordance with district expectations
Requirements
- Masters or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
- Active Michigan School Psychologist certification/license
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of evaluations, eligibility, and special education compliance
- Experience providing services in a virtual or remote setting preferred
- Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
