A Texas school district is seeking a part-time School Psychologist to provide onsite support for evaluation services. The majority of the caseload will consist of reevaluations, with the option to assist with initial evaluations based on availability. Counseling services may be included on a limited basis, though this is not a core responsibility of the position.
Primary Duties
- Complete psychoeducational reevaluations for students receiving special education services
- Support initial evaluations when scheduling allows
- Attend ARD/IEP meetings related to evaluation findings
- Consult with teachers, special education staff, and campus teams
- Provide occasional student counseling support if needed
- Ensure all reports and documentation meet state and federal requirements
Requirements
- Active Texas School Psychologist credential
- Experience with assessment and report writing
- Ability to work independently in an onsite school environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
