Inmar Media’s Creative Solutions team is seeking a versatile and technically skilled Interactive Designer who can bring cross-device digital advertising to life. This role is integral in designing, building, and maintaining rich media and video ad units across mobile, desktop, and CTV screens.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in web and mobile design, interactive animation, and digital ad creation. They must be able to communicate design vision effectively, delivering visually compelling solutions backed by strategic rationale. Applicants should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), with experience in Celtra (or similar ad platforms such as Google Web Designer, Jivox, Hype, or Innovid) preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, build, and animate interactive rich media and video ads across mobile, desktop, and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) platforms.
Support additional creative projects, including social media, motion graphics, video editing, and photography.
Optimize images and assets for digital ad development.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, deadlines, and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Account Management, Planning, Marketing, and Sales) to develop impactful ad solutions.
Conceptualize and create storyboards for digital campaigns.
Maintain a high standard of quality assurance (QA) for all creative assets.
Provide constructive feedback to improve workflow, processes, and overall creative output.
Foster a team-first mindset, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, innovative creative environment.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of interactive design experience or a combination of education and experience that meets role requirements.
Strong visual and interaction design skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Experience in digital advertising design, particularly for interactive and motion-based media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Docs, and other collaboration tools.
Experience with high-profile ad campaigns for major brands or agencies.
General understanding of web best practices, responsive design, and animation principles.
Excellent time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with a strong initiative to drive projects forward.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and solutions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
Fluent in English
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in Celtra or other ad-building platforms (Google Web Designer, Jivox, Hype, Innovid).
Experience with programming or scripting; proficiency in languages such as JavaScript or ExtendScript is a plus.
