- Support with engagement survey action planning tools and resources
- Creating analytics and dashboards on performance management data, succession and engagement survey data
- Support on current performance management processes and preparation for transition of process to new system
- Research trends and best practices on performance management, succession and engagement
- Support Leadership and Professional development efforts such as data analysis for employee onboarding
