Position Overview: As a Business Unit Finance Leader at Merative, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance, planning, analysis, and execution of a business unit at Merative. You will be responsible for various financial forecasting, budgeting, operational and strategic tasks. Additionally, you will work alongside senior leadership in driving the execution of deliverables to achieve financial objectives.
LeadP&L performanceincluding annual budgeting,monthly close cycle,monthlyforecasting, monthly variance analysis,ARR analysis,and ad hoc requests
Produceand be able to communicate effectively themonthly, quarterly, and operational reporting including key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis

Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. This range may also be subject to change as market conditions evolve. We encourage open communication throughout the interview process to discuss compensation expectations. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
