Meet The Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic, results-oriented Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner. This role is responsible for designing and executing global HR strategies that enable business success and drive organizational effectiveness. As a key member of the Global HRBP team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Commercial organization, and other critical business functions, shaping and influencing enterprise-level decisions while ensuring talent strategies align with global priorities and long-term business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with Regional HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Expertise to deliver impactful talent initiatives that support business growth. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Global HRBP Leader and is based in San Diego, California (Dexcom Headquarters).
Where You Come In
- You will influence and shape enterprise business strategies and decisions as a strategic advisor to senior executives
- You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability and accelerate growth
- You will develop and execute global workforce plans and talent strategies aligned with enterprise objectives
- You will lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives to build scalable structures and capabilities
- You will anticipate risks and navigate complex talent and organizational challenges across regions
- You will provide executive coaching and thought partnership to senior leaders
- You will guide leaders through critical HR processes including succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, career development, and performance management
- You will leverage HR analytics to diagnose organizational health and drive measurable outcomes
- You will create and deploy practical tools and frameworks that enable leaders to execute strategies successfully.
- You will collaborate globally to ensure consistency while adapting solutions to local business dynamics and cultural nuances

Experience And Education Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience
- 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry

$156,400.00 - $260,600.00
