Soliant is hiring School Psychologists to serve three school sites for the second half of the school year. Most needs are at the elementary level, with opportunities to support high school or preschool depending on candidate interest. This position blends onsite work with limited remote flexibility through the districts 4:1 hybrid structure.
Responsibilities Include
- Completing psychoeducational evaluations: initials, re-evaluations, and referral-based testing
- Managing a caseload and meeting required timelines
- Consulting with school teams to support student needs and intervention planning
- Serving approximately 1,000 students per assigned psychologist
- Meeting district testing expectations (roughly 60 initial evaluations per full school year, not including re-evals)
Preferred Background
- 2+ years of experience in school settings preferred
- Strong new graduates will be considered
- Active Washington School Psychologist License required
