Summary
The Senior Product Manager is a strategic role responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and successful delivery of OR and Procedural solutions, with a primary focus on our Anesthesia offering and related workflow solutions. This individual will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to translate customer and business needs into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. The Senior Product Manager will shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and guide products through the full lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring solutions that drive customer value, operational efficiency, and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the OR and Procedural Anesthesia solution, translating market dynamics, technological trends, and customer insights into a compelling strategic vision.
- Own the development and commercialization of products, including market definition, pricing strategy, go-to-market execution, and overall business performance.
- Serve as the internal expert on Anesthesia workflows, the OR and Procedural care area, and the competitive landscape. Regularly engage with customers to gather insights and validate product opportunities and hypotheses.
- Act as the partner bridging Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure successful product development, launch readiness, and consistent communication throughout the organization.
- Actively participate in rigorous, data-informed prioritization across the product roadmap to maximize customer value and accelerate business growth, effectively balancing technical debt, innovation, and feature delivery.
- Develop compelling value propositions and communication materials to articulate product differentiation internally and externally.
- Monitor product financial, commercial, and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, or satisfaction improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market, industry, and technology trends impacting automation and healthcare.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and influence without authority.
- Skilled at breaking down complex problems into simple, actionable solutions.
- Proficient in modern product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Data-driven mindset; able to define and track meaningful metrics.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- 5+ years in product management with a focus on developing and managing technology solutions (hardware and/or software).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing hardware and software products in Healthcare IT (HealthTech) or Medical Device space.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Customer-facing experience in a technical or consultative role.
- Proven ability to manage product development within FDA and other regulatory guidelines.
